Please note that the author fee is only available to accepted presenters in the Programme (one presenter per paper). Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Delegates.

IEEE Members who provide their Membership details upon registration can apply for a special 10% discount on the appropriate registration fee. A photocopy of the valid Membership card must be faxed to the Conference Secretariat following online submission.

There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers.

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online up to 28 April. Hotel accommodation is both expensive and limited during June and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation during March and April. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Participation in the Social Programme and Tours can be booked online.
