Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for ICT-MobileSummit 2008 delegates and accompanying persons with six hotels in Stockholm - Comfort Hotel, Malmen Hotel, Sjöfartshotellet, Sergel Plaza, Park Hotel and Continental Hotel.

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below. There is a limited number of rooms available at each price point and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Please note that Stockholm is very busy in June and therefore accommodation is both very expensive and limited. Delegates are strongly recommended to book accommodation during March and April. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

All pricing includes VAT and Breakfast. Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 25 April at an administration charge of 20 euro. After 25 April, the hotels will charge the full booking for a cancellation prior to date of arrival (i.e. provide no refund). No refund will be provided by the hotels in the event that a delegate does not cancel the accommodation in advance and does not arrive for check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests in full for all nights booked on registration irrespective of the fact that departure may take place before the date stated.

It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the Conference Secretariat to arrange this.

ICT-MobileSummit 2008 takes place at the Folkets Hus of the City Conference Centre, which is located at Barnhusgatan (off Vasagatan), Stockholm.

The Comfort Hotel, Sergel Plaza and Continental Hotel are all within 5 - 10 minutes by foot. Delegates staying in Comfort Hotel and Continental Hotel should walk up Vasagatan. Delegates staying in Sergel Plaza should walk up Drottninggatan.

Delegates staying in Malmen Hotel, Sjöfartshotellet and Park Hotel should travel by underground.
