The Social Programme has long been an integral part of this conference series. The goal is to maximise networking and community building both during and after the conference, while ensuring that partners accompanying delegates enjoy their stay in Stockholm and feel part of the ICT-MobileSummit Community.

The Organising Committee are pleased to announce that a Welcome Networking Cocktail Reception, sponsored by the City of Stockholm, will be held on Monday 09 June from 18:00 - 20:00. The Reception will be held in the Golden Hall of Stadhuset (City Hall).

It is necessary for all delegates to confirm their participation by 23 May at the latest via online registration to be included in the security list for entrance to the City Hall.

Each confirmed delegate will receive their invitation card in their conference pack, which can be collected at the conference venue from 14:00.

Delegates should arrive at the City Hall, Hantverkargatan 1, between 17:15 - 17:45 to clear security. The nearest underground station is T-Centralen. Buses 3 & 62 go near the City Hall.

Following the formal Welcome by the City, delegates will have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the City Hall.

The Organising Committee are pleased to announce that the Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday 10 June at 19:00 at Solliden Restaurant at Skansen Open-Air Museum, Djurgården. Buses 44 and 47 pass Skansen - there is a bus stop close to Central Station.

Delegates can take the opportunity to visit Skansen from 17:00 and experience this unique Open-Air Museum, where delegates can see histroic Sweden in miniature and typical Scandinavian animals prior to the dinner.

The venue has a fixed capacity and delegates are requested to confirm their participation in advance as part of online registration by 26 May.

Delegates can choose to purchase tickets for two different evening dinner cruises on Wednesday 11 June. These cruises must be booked and paid for in full by 26 May.

Evening tour inspired by the surrounding sea (surf) and land (turf) A number of buffets will be served onboard, starting with prawns, offering fillet of beef as main course. The boat glides gently past the Stockholm City Hall on its way to one of Lake Mälarens many idyllic islands. On our way back the dessert buffet will be served. Prepare yourself for an evening of culinary delights on the waters of the Baltic. The menu centres on top class produce with a Swedish twist . A three course dinner set menu will be served.
