Please note that the author fee is only available to accepted presenters in the Programme (one presenter per paper). Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Delegates.

IEEE Members who provide their Membership details upon registration can apply for a special 10% discount on the appropriate registration fee. A photocopy of the valid Membership card must be faxed to the Conference Secretariat following online submission.

There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers.

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online up to 15 May at special prices negotiated for delegates (subject to availability). Delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation during March and April while these rates are available, as rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

It is necessary for all participants (presenters and delegates) to pre-register for either the proposers' networking day, workshops or cluster meeting as part of online payment registration for Future Network and MobileSummit 2011. Summit Participants will pay a contribution of €75 towards the cost of coffee breaks, lunch and a name badge for the day. Workshop participants who are not attending the Summit will pay a contribution of €100.

The nominated presenter for each accepted paper will be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission. Each presenter can present one paper in the Programme. If you are changing the nominated presenter for a paper, please contact secretariat@FutureNetworkSummit.eu prior to completing registration.
