To complete registration, please go to the bottom of this page and click LOG IN (if you have an existing profile on the ICT-MobileSummit portal) or NEW USER. Go through the registration wizard and submit the final summary page to save your registration.

Please note that the author fee is only available to accepted presenters in the Programme (one presenter per paper). Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Delegates. Each presenter in the Programme should be unique.

IEEE Members who provide their Membership details upon registration can apply for a special 10% discount on the appropriate registration fee. A photocopy of the valid Membership card must be faxed to the Conference Secretariat following online submission. After validation of the membership, we will manually change the registration fee prior to charging your credit card.

There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers.

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online up to 29 May at special prices negotiated for delegates. Delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation during March and April while these rates are available as rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Participation in the Social Programme and Tours can be booked online.

If you are already registered your contact details on the ICT-MobileSummit portal, please click LOG IN to access the Online Registration Form. It is important that all transactions are saved to one profile per user so please do not register again. The nominated presenter for each accepted paper will be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission. If you are changing the nominated presenter for a paper, please contact secretariat@ICT-MobileSummit.eu prior to completing registration.
