Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for ICT-MobileSummit 2009 delegates and accompanying persons with four hotels in Santander, which are within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the Conference Venue - Hotel Real, Gran Hotel Victoria, Hotel Santemar and Hotel Hoyuela

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below. There is a limited number of rooms available at each price point and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Delegates are strongly recommended to book accommodation during March and April. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

All pricing includes VAT and Buffet Breakfast. Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 01 May at an administration charge of 20 euro. After 01 May, the hotels will charge one night's accommodation as a cancellation penalty. No refund will be provided by the hotels in the event that a delegate does not cancel the accommodation in advance and does not arrive for check-in. It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the Conference Secretariat to arrange this.
