A distinguished Technical Programme Committee for ICT-MobileSummit 2009 has been formed to review and provide feedback on papers and presentations and chair sessions in all the key constituents of future communication networks including the themes Radio Access and Spectrum, Converged and Optical Networks, and Future Internet Technologies.
